Hi, I’m Ben Case, a certified personal trainer and the founder of Case by Case Training.
Growing up, I was always passionate about sports and fitness. I was a multi-sport athlete, competing in soccer, basketball, baseball and wrestling which taught me the discipline and dedication required to succeed as an athlete. This foundation inspired me to pursue a career in personal training, and since 2016, I’ve been helping clients reach their fitness goals through customized coaching and evidence-based training programs.
I now specialize in working with young athletes who want to improve their strength, power, and agility to excel in their sports and take their game to the next level. My approach combines my personal athletic experience with proven techniques to create programs tailored to each athlete’s unique needs. Whether it’s developing explosive power for game-winning plays or increasing strength and size to be a more dominant player, my goal is to help young athletes build confidence and achieve peak performance.
Through in-person training, online coaching, and resources designed specifically for young athletes, I’m committed to helping the next generation of athletes reach their full potential on and off the field.
